We ship worldwide. Please allow longer for international deliveries to arrive.
If you have changed your mind or something does not quite fit right please get in contact with us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund you. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised items.
All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Any items which are returned to us must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and the order number included in the package.
All returns must be clean and free from dog hair, dirt etc. to be entitled to a refund.
Please note, we do not offer a free returns service and this cost must be covered by yourself. We recommend using a tracked service.
- What size should I get for my dog?
Individual size guides are displayed on all product pages, please refer to these. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to advise you as best as we can.
- How do I wash my items?
Care and washing guidance can be found on each individual product page. In general, we would recommend hand-washing items, or using a gentle cycle mode on your machine machine. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to an item that has been machine washed.
- Do you have any active discount codes?
We have numerous brand representatives on Instagram who can offer 10% off with their own unique discount code. Please note, only one discount code can be used per transaction and some products may be excluded from being discounted.
- I would like to buy a gift voucher for my friend, is this possible?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers in amounts from £5 – £50. We can send you a gift voucher as a PDF either to yourself or direct to the recipient. Alternatively, we can send you a physical gift voucher for you to gift to someone. To find out more and to purchase a gift voucher, click here.
- Can I change the delivery address on an existing order?
If you would like to change the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible and we will update the information for you. Once your order has been processed for delivery we are unable to make any changes.
- How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, we only allow refunds.
